Day 15 — January 17 The end of this expedition had sadly arrived, and we all went our separate ways. After breakfast, participants on the post-expedition said farewell and continued on their adventure. Some of us joined Nadia Eckhardt and Mike Messick on the trip back to LA, while many of our group chose to continue their travels on our post-voyage extension to the North Island or through New Zealand independently.
